Returns & Exchanges

At ASANTE STUDIOS, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original ASANTE STUDIOS packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
